New construction of an 18,600 SF, 2-story concrete, masonry, and steel headquarters/training facility complete with interior finishes, elevator, radiant hydronic heating, and electrical/low voltage systems. Site development included installation of building power and communication services, extensive site drainage, and concrete and asphalt paving. Achieved LEED Silver certification.

Design-build 27,000 SF child development facility providing administrative offices, auditorium, commercial kitchen, and 17 classrooms with capacity for 218 children. 6.5-acre site development included 78 parking stalls, covered walkways, and three play areas with state-of-the-art play equipment. LEED Gold certified design featured solar panels, a wind turbine, LED lighting, and accommodations for future geothermal.

Design-build replacement of an obsolete quartz halogen backlighting system with a new, energy-efficient LED system for the high-security Main Limited Area (MLA). Design work included engineering and photometrics. Provided new electrical infrastructure to support the four mile perimeter protection system. Phased construction to maintain perimeter protection throughout construction.

Phased renovation of three 12,900 SF dormatory buildings with a total of 326 units. Interior work involved demo/abatement and included new fixtures, finishes, and upgraded M&E, fire alarm, and energy management systems. Exterior work included masonry restoration, balcony railings, concrete tile roof (at B567), and copper gutter/downspout repairs. Sitework included new transformers and electrical services.
